Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund for international flight cancelled not processed

I booked my flight ticket through goibibo.com for flight from toronto to bangalore via paris for march 24th, 2020 for an amount of inr 37495

The pnr for this booking h4gq72.

Despite cancelling the flight on goibibo.com due to covid-19 outbreak, they have not yet processed my cancellation request and it is still in the status "refund request in process" (Screenshots attached)

First they tried to fool me by asking to contact delta airlines but airlines confirmed that you can cancel and get refund only through your agent (Goibibo in this case).

Despite multiple calls to customer care and sending emails, i haven't got my refund yet.

Kindly help me in getting back my hard earned money.
