[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund for my cancelled flight

Hi,
My flight number 9w-406 got cancelled by jet airways and when i contacted them for full refund, they are asking to contact the portal through which i booked the ticket, in my case it's goibibo.com.
I trying to contact goibibo customer care support but to no avail. It always is routed to ivr which is of no use to resolve my issue.

See below the response from jet airways.
