Respected sir/ma’am
I am a doctor by proffession and had a conference which had to be held on 5th-7th april at goa. Due to the covid circumstances the flight was cancelled and rescheduled to 11th september. I have paid a huge sum of money i. E 44k for the booking through your agency with lot of trust and faith. But i am sorry to say that the services you provide are very pathetic, i do understand this situation but no calls are being answered, flights are being rescheduled on its own without my permission and no audacity from your side sir. Therefore, i want a proper full refund at the earliest.
Sir, it is your duty to serve the country in this situation the right way and not fool innocent people by gulping down their hard earned money.
Sir i have already done as mentioned above and airasia claims that your agency is the one who is going to refund our money as it carries all our booking information and account handled were done by your agency.
Sir i am again requesting you not to fool us in such a way, its our hard earned money. What would you do if you loose your 44780inr, maybe not a big deal but yes it is a hell lot of deal for middle class people like us. You should be helping us in these covid times and not put impose to each other and what you and airasia are doing not ethical.
I beg you to please look into this matter as soon as possible.
