Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund initiated after 6 months because of airline cancelling the booking

I booked a round trip flight dxb-del and pandemic stuck because of which the airline cancelled all the flights. The booking was initiated by the travel service provider goibibo and was responsible for a refund processing as well. On 18th sep when i got a message that your refund has been processed it was processed rs. 3636.00 less than the transaction value.
