Sir, After bad service from goibibo confirm money will refund, but 15days crossed money not received yet.. Below mail received last on 8 nov from goibibo.. "dear customer, This is a courtesy e-mail to let you know that we have received your request with a subject of [ goibibo[protected] ] and have started working on it immediately. Your request has been assigned with a tracking id [ goibibo[protected] ] and will be responded to within 2 hours or sooner. Regards, Goibibo support team" Was this information helpful? | |||

I booked hotel from goibibo and made full paiment but when i reached at hotel i got to know there is no booking from me when i called customer care they told me that i can search for diffrent hotel because that hotel is full .i have to search another hotel in midnight .
