Hi team, Created 9 tickets as of now for the refund on flight cancellation happened in mar 2020. Just imagine the service from goibibo. Looks like goibibo support team, without reading the issue description simply closing tickets with some junk information. In some cases, they just drop the call in the middle and soon they close the ticket. It's been more than 3 months now, can you please complete the refund asap.
