Wrong or less information provided by goibibo regarding my flight. Airline was ready to give full refund but goibibo never mentioned that airline shall give full refund. I guess they wanted to get the money. After that they promised to provide all the information regarding refund by 13th feb end of day but still no information yet. Because of all the delays i have my money stuck and i have no clue about how much and when it shall be given to me. The email received on 13th feb from goibibo regarding the issue is “ dear customer,
This is a courtesy e-mail to let you know that we have received your request with a subject of [ goibibo[protected] ] and have started working on it immediately.
Your request has been assigned with a tracking id [ goibibo[protected] ] and will be responded to within 2 hours or sooner.”...
