Hi,
My daughter got sick and we missed the flight and i asked for a full refund. After contacting go ibibo i was being told to provide all relevant documents related to issue of refund which i did and after that nothing happened except me getting emails from go ibibo staff all of them writing me different stories. They have no knowledge at all except telling customer that go ibibo charges will be 300rs. Thats all they can do. They dont even know that i have been issued a full refund from the airline and are emailing me that my refund has been refused. I had to educate them that they are wrong. What for do they charge there fees when they are of no help and the customer himself has to do all the follow ups. Sad that i gave them so much business which i will not from here on.
