We booked a ticket on Goibibo for SpiceJet on April 2020, due to Pandemic lockdown the flight was cancelled and asked us to either reschedule post lockdown or to cancel so we chose to cancel and refund was processed within 3 weeks to Goibibo. When I wento Goibibo it's is showing as flight already departed, and there is no one to answer my questions except computerised replies which is just ridiculous without a proper response for the problem. The mails are even ridiculous saying select the option of your problem and there will be nothing to select.
