Ive paid 42k and the cancellation was due to covid. I was assured last week when ive called up ur call center that only convenience fees of 1500 for dharmshala to del and another 1500 on del to Mumbai. And i was assured that it will be done in my bank account. Total refund of rs 38000 was assured, As per supreme court verdict full refund needs to he done to customer In their bank account.
The booking was dine in feb-20 and travel date was 6may20.
