Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not given by unfair means | |||
Due to Covid pandemic I was given refund for cancelation of two flights by the respective airlines for tickets booked through goibibo app. Goibibo had updated the first refund which I had used up to buy a ticket and had completed the travel on 8 Feb 2021. I was given the second refund on March 23, 2021 and shockingly Goibibo has adjusted the refund with my ticked purchased on Feb 8. I had sent several mails and have been trying to contact them on their customer care number and also chat site but Goibibo is not Answering my concern. I am wanting to know where my first refund amount has gone if my 2nd refund amount was adjusted with my ticket fare on Feb 8, 2021. Was this information helpful? | |||
