I have booked ticket on 3rd Feb 2020 from goibibo app using phone pe upi payment mode Rs 4965 was debited but the booking was failed ..goibibo customer service is telling they have initiated the refund but the bank and phone pe people are telling refund is not initiated its been more than 1 month goibibo customer care people are not responding properly if the refund is initatied then kindly send me the transaction id or refe
reference id, if not then kindly initiate my refund.Please kindly help me to solve this issue.
