I, Anirban Barua have booked round flight tickets (Booking Id- GOMUPKGINTANDF4C2364) through go ibibo from Kolkata to Bangkok and vice versa on 11/04/20 & 15/04/20 through Airasia FD121 & FD120 which however got cancelled due to the on going covid-19 pandemic. I have tried to contact the customer support multiple times and have also raised a refund request through the go ibibo Mobile app but surprisingly none of the customer care representative from go ibibo contacted/assisted me since then. Kindly look into the matter on urgent basis and assist me as I'm deeply concerned with the refund request. Kindly find the attachment of the e-tickets & booking details.
