[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund not rcvd | |||
I was booking a flight ticket on 20/08/2018 from goibibo.com ibibo for amount of 16, 168.00 but it got failed and money got deducted without generating the ticket. I raised a complain to goibibo but till today i havent received the refund back and everytime i mail them i get the same email from them saying that they are working on it. I have not received refund of my cancelled ticket (Service request id[protected] and its been 28 days since i cancelled the ticket. I got same answer from your team your refund in under process but i not recived any refund till now please let me know when i got my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||

Booking id - TRNAF4KUDX9ZO4 of my booking of train ticket from GKP to CBE on date 03 Jan 2019 it failed but balanced have deducted from my account and it have not refunded. I contact goibibo they tell it refunded.sir please help me
