Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not received but airlines says we processed the refund already in june 2020

I have two PNRs QB4SB8 and RA84Q5 I have been waiting for refund from GOIBIBO last 2 months already. I contacted the airlines office directly they have already processed the refund to goibibo in june 2020. GOIBIBO saying they have not received. They are sitting on my money from last 2 months and they don't have any desire to release. I have asked the airlines to process fraud litigation against them as they are saying they have received the refund.I am also pursuing the case against them.
