I booked a hotel in Ranikhet through goibibo, but due to some reasons i had to cancel the booking on 1 June 2022 and applied for a refund. The total refundable amount was 23, 606. they refunded 3, 801 in UPI but the rest 19, 805 they refunded in goibibo wallet. i applied to transfer the wallet money to my bank. But since then they have not refunded the money. I tried to contact goibibo customer care many times, but i could connect with them only once and then they asked me to again provide my bank details which i did. But, they stated that the bank details are wrong( i provided them with the bank details 2 times, and both times their app was showing incorrect bank details). After that, there was no update on my refund. i tried to call them but their call never connects. It is a big amount, but the lack of support from the company created hopelessness. i have escalated this issue more than 5 times but nothing is happening.
