I had a booking with goibibo in my wife name with booking reference gofldiosc2ed[protected] I have received a email from goibibo that the money has been refunded but same has been not received in my bank and my bank advised to contact goibibo as no refund received on their end On app only chat option available and keep telling the amount is refunded but i didn’t get it No customer care number to contact please check and process the refund to the correct bank from which payment made Warm regards Prashant kumar gouthami (Highly disappointed customer) Was this information helpful? | |||
