Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund not received from past 45 days for Booking ID GOFLDMTAND[protected] | |
My flight was cancelled directly from the airline on 2nd March and same amount was refunded to goibibo on the same day. Since then I am reaching out to goibibo for my own money but not getting the same. I got a mail on 25th march for refund but then again it is 20 days since I am waiting. Attaching same in mail. I am loosing my patience as it is almost now close to 45 days and even after so many complaints there is no resolution.
