This is in reference to my booking id GOFLD64DCD[protected], for my flight from Pune to Guwahati(Via Delhi) on 13th April, 2020. My flight was cancelled due to covid and don't have the refund/credit yet.
When I directly contacted the Vistara airlines, they said since it was a booking through agent, I need to contact the agent(Goibibo) for the same. There was no reply from Goibibo side when I contaced via email, and no one cares to receive the customer care helpline.
