[Resolved]  Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund not yet credited to bank

The amount of 7740/- which was refunded by Goibibo has yet not reflected in my bank account.
Date of journey was May 19. Its been more than a month now.
- Booking NGO 23:58- Pune 02:10

It is frustrating to see, the Gia answering that the amount is refunded and its not reflected in the account. The insane customer support does'nt have a single interface to talk to a human where you can atleast explain your concerns.

If you have initiated the refund, kindly let me know the transaction id or reference number as in cases of online transfers. Ideal scenario would be if you could just stop the ordeal and deposit it in gocash.
