The amount of 7740/- which was refunded by Goibibo has yet not reflected in my bank account. Date of journey was May 19. Its been more than a month now. - Booking NGO 23:58- Pune 02:10 16588- BKN YPR Express (19 May 2019)- Client number- [protected] Goibibo Reference ID: TRNI5IU58FBSH It is frustrating to see, the Gia answering that the amount is refunded and its not reflected in the account.
