[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of amount rs 2334/-

I did some online shopping from myntra on 17th may 2018 and made the payment of rs 2334/- through airtel payment bank. I got the message that, the amount had been debited from my airtel payment account and transaction is successful for ibibo web private limited. However, payment was not received at myntra and so the order was not confirmed. I would be very much grateful if you kindly look into the matter immediately and refund the amount of rs 2334/- back to my airtel payment account.

Please note that IBIBO is the sister concerned of Goibibo.com and is the parent company to multiple payment gateways so the transaction appearing as IBIBO WEB Pvt. LTD is not necessarily a transaction made with Goibibo but could be made with some other merchant.
We would request you to directly approach your bank, merchant or the payment gateway regarding the same.
