Hello, its extremely difficult to connect to you. I have been a long time customer of go-ibibo and this is not the kind of treatment i deserve.
Regarding the subject cancellation, i have received the following email from air-asia. But there is no response from your end. Please refund the same as this is already processed from airlines.
