[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of cancelled bus ticket | |||
I booked ticket from Pune to Sridi vide is number GOBUSIOS9e147c6c8d. BUS was schedule to leave at 5.40AM. I got telephone from the bus conductor that bus is late by 2.30 hours. Since my further journey was already planned I was forced to cancel the ticket. But shocked to see no refund. Where I am at fault? Kindly arrange my refund otherwise I have no option but take legal action. This has also jeopardise the reputation of your company. I was planning to book my ticket for Glasgow form Delhi but now it is beyond question. Pl make the refund for the journey not performed by me . Was this information helpful? | |||
