Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of credit shell amount | |||
Hello, I had booked a flight during covid 19 situation on 24/04/2020. However, due to this lockdown flight got cancelled and goibibo has provided me with credit shell amount and with validity till feb 2021. But i dont have any plan to go for any trip till feb 2021 and according to goibibo only the reticket can be booked on same names on which the booking was done before. This is total fraud and harrasment of the customer. Ideally, i should get my refund amount in my bank account why arethey giving me this # of credit shell. I dont want your credit shell. I want refund my amount in my bank account or else i have to raise a consumer forum complaint against goibibo for the fraud.
