[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of failed transaction emi 3 times | |
I tried to book flight ticket on 10th april 2019 through hdfc emi 3 times, but all are failed transactions and i got a response that goibibo didn't received the same, please contact bank for the refund if any, When i contacted my bank, they replied that all 3 were claimed by goibibo and they didn't got any refund update. Since it was failed transactions and no id are available, now goibibo can't able to trace the same, but bank charged the same on me.
