I have booked the below flights with IBIBO for flying with Indigo airline but due to lockdown all flights got canceled and the government issue guidelines to airlines to refund money without any deduction of fees.
I got information from Indigo airlines that they have refunded Rs 67778 to IBIBO.
So if airlines have already paid back the money why IBIBO is holding my money as a credit shell. You are the only travel agency to facilitate the booking of the flights.
It is your duty to credit my bank account on an immediate basis.
Trying to call at your support/customer care but it is on voice assistant only. No personnel is available to speak to resolve this issue.
