Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of jet airways booking

Had booked ticket for flight on 15 april 2019 which got cancelled, still there has been no refund. Goibibo support is just pushing it ahead on call with no estimate date. It has been a terrible support from the team and called approx 10-15 times. Every call they informed of some case filed against jet airways and i will get my refund as it is in process. Goibibo. Hotel booking but rooms not not availables Hotel Manager only cash rooms available but OU not refundable and goibibo through Hotel bookings but Goibibo amount not refundable please sir my complaint soon soon possible
