I canceled the train ticket with pnr no.
[protected] journey from dehradun to kota train no. 12402 on 12 jan 2020.
I have got the mail and sms from irctc about the cancelation confirmation. But from goibibo, i have not received any communication in this matter. Also, this booking is not shown in the list of canceled tickets on my goibibo app. No information is given about my refund. Was this information helpful? |
IRCTC never asks your personal bank account details through call. If you received any call in this
regard, please do not share your bank related credentials.
