Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund of my Cancelled train ticket

I canceled the train ticket on 15th March 2023 with PNR#[protected]. My journey was from Kopargaon to Yesvantpur for train no. 22689 dated 22nd March 2023..
I have got the email and sms from IRCTC about the cancellation confirmation. But from Goibibo, i have not received any communication in this regards. Also, this booking is not listed in the canceled tickets list on Goibibo app where as the ticket status is showing as CAN. Rather, this ticket is reflecting under the Completed Trip Tab which is completely incorrect.

Requesting you to go through the attached supportive docs & process my refund ASAP. It's already been 15 days since I am waiting to get this money in my A/c. Also there is no option to speak to the Customer Support Team in the application & IVR call will not help in this scenario. Please help to close this soon & get in touch with me in case you need more clarification on this.

When the status itself (Screenshot attached for your quick reference) is showing that BOOKING FAILED, WE HAVE INITIATED REFUND FOR THE ENTIRE AMOUNT THAT WAS DEDUCTED, then what is the problem in sending money to my account. Why it's taking this much of time to credit when you already have received the money from IRCTC long back. I was so loyal to this site; was using this site for Flight/Train/Bus/Hotel booking from a long time. But unfortunately I have to rate this site now as a Fake site who has already started duping Customer's money. And this is the kind of customer service they are offering after merger with Make My Trip which is another giant in this segment. Now I am thinking not to use this site anymore for my future bookings & the same should be treated as a lesson for those who wish to order from these applications/sites.

I am completely frustrated now the way their support team is behaving... No response, No refund... Even, you as a customer can't shout back to get your money as no direct number is there to speak to the Customer Care Team asking for clarification on this. Will sue a cheating case for sure if this is not getting solved within a week. It's not a matter of Rs.1000, It's the trust of million peoples who use this applications for their day to day travel bookings. You are hurting the sentiments of people here by doing this kind of cheap things. Hope, I have made myself clear here.
