Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund of my failed train ticket booking delay

I tried booking a train ticket from goibibo website and failed and my money got deducted on 2/2/2020 (Ref id : trnafka6naisxz). Its being showed on your website that my refund has been processed on the same date and it will take upto 15 working days to show on my bank account which is insane. Now on your app it shows refunded and to know more details to contact bank. I need a refund transaction number or any kind of reference number to get in touch with bank to get further details and you are not providing me one. So please kindly let me know and help me out.

Ibibo Group / Goibibo customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I recieved the refund amount on 22/2/2020, which was late but from transaction detaila it shows that they have initiated refund on 2/2/2020 itself but it took 20 days to receive the amount. Probably not goibibo fault but the issue i have is that no way to contact them to get clarification till this time. Only contact was with that silly automated chat section which says the same thing again and again. Please look upto it and allow customers to get in touch with you to get them a slight relief.
