Hi team,
I had booked flight ticket from blr-jpr, through www.GOIBIBO.com, journey date on 1st april 2020. I paid rs. 19725 for booking flight. Flight was of air asia, pnr is: ork3yr flight got cancelled due to covid-19.
I tried to connect goibibo support for refund. But goibibo support is not reachable. They are not picking up the customer support number, not replying any mail.
I contacted to airline (Air asia) and they confirmed they have refunded full amount to goibibo on 7th may. (Attachment 1 is the screenshot of the mail from airasia).
Then i submitted an online query (Filling online form) for full refund on gobibo, they initiated refund of rs 13965 manually which i have received.
Still rs. 5760 is pending with gobibo. Now, they are not picking up the call, no mail reply, and they are keeping my online query ticket open (#[protected] hence, i am not able to raise another query and this ticket is in pending state more that one month. They are not providing any resolution of it. (Find the attachment 2 for screenshot).
Gobibo's bangalore office is also closed. I really don't have any way to reach them and ask for refund.
It's been long time i am chasing to them, almost 4 months. Please help me to get my remaining refund.
