We had booked an airlines ticket - royal nepal airlines - mumbai to katmandu - travel date 01/05/2020. Booking id amds3ih5y Inpite of multiple follow ups, goibibo has not provided any update on status of refund or credit shell. We have been in touch with royal nepal airlines and they mentioned that refund has been provided from their side to goibibo. Goibibo customer service telephone number as well as email is non responsive and they keep directing the consumers to their app and non-responsive email id with no satisfactory resolution.
