1. I have booked a flight from goa to bangalore at 4 30 pm on 02/06/2019 and realized i booked for the wrong date and cancelled directly with the indigo airline at 4 52 and got the confirmation for the same. The airline "confirmed" that the entire amount would be refunded to goibibo as we cancelled within 24 hours of booking and since we have made another booking on the very next day with indigo via goibibo itself and airline mentioned we have to contact goibibo regarding the refund. The total amount is rs. 6708.
2. Unfortunately there is no way to directly contact goibibo apart from their ai gia which is useless!! Their direct toll free nos provided are even worse. Where is your executive line? How will a robot understand this? Where is your direct support email id? Everything gets redirected to the website or chat or the phone number in a loop.
Please ensure that my account is refunded within 5 working days! Ive mentioned the pnr number in the subject and you can take a confirmation from airline regarding the same. And enhance your customer service! Its not what it used to be a year ago
