I had booked tickets with Goibibo on 29th Feb 2020. Travel dates were between 20 May - 10 June, flights were cancelled by the airlines due to Covid-19. I got an email confirmation from the Goibibo team on April 28th confirming me that the flight has been cancelled and whether I would like to avail the refund. I replied on the same day confirming that I want the refund. I followed up again on 19th May to check the status? I got the response saying "We really wish to help you more in this situation, however we would be able to process any applicable refund only once we receive the same from the Airlines". I then sent a reminder email on 3rd June, 11th June & 9th Aug but no response.
How were you affected?
I had booked total three tickets, my money is stuck with them neither I am able to get the refund or any response from the team about any other alternative.
What would you like Goibibo to do to resolve your issue?
