[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — refund payment of flight ticket cancelled

I have booked ticket on 26/05/2019 with goibibo website and partly cancelled with airlines on same date

Now airline says the have already refunded to goibibo but i have not received yet

Goibibo ivr systems have no option for to take help of customer care executive

Here are the pnr no which is received from airlines - bi1s5q and h6hfkv

Kindly resolve the same
