Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund pending from Goibibo. | |
This is regarding my payment to goibibo regarding seat booking for PNR LPGW7U. The payment was done on the goibibo app for seat booking for 700 rs. Seat booking failed but payment was received by Goibibo. Airlines mentioned that they have not received any money from Goibibo. So I had to make seat booking again. After complaint for refund, Goibibo confirmed that the money is with Goibibo and I shall receive full refund. This confirmation was shared by an executive from GoIbibo named Rishu Raj. He said refund of 700 will be processed in 48 hours from Goibibo, as it is not airlines fault. It has been 2 weeks and I am still awaiting refund.
