I booked ITA Airways flight AZ769 from Goibibo portal from Delhi to Nice for 28th Sep and booked seats (53J, 53L). On 27th Sep while checking in I discovered that the portal is asking me to rebook the seats, I called the airlines customer care only to discover that the seats I had booked initially do not even exist on the plane. I called goibibo customer care where they gave me an option of either a refund or book the seats again thru them, I agreed for a refund. It has been more than a month of repeated calls and innumerable " we will get back to you" and I have not received my refund instead I have wasted hours chasing these guys for getting the expected support.
All I am getting from their support team is that the case has been rejected internally and we will follow up again with our internal team - this is also when I follow up on a call, I am not getting any updates from your end.
As per last commitment 4 days back of getting an update within two days, I have still not received any call or email informing about the process in this case...!!! Was this information helpful? |
