Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund Status for booking | |
I received message that my ticket has been cancelled and refund is in progress. I checked status on Goibibo website; Website is showing refund has been processed on 19th Apr 2021 and refund money (i.e. Rs. 53744/-) is transferred to Wallet and it should be reflecting fund balance in wallet account instantly. But to my surprise, wallet (i.e. goCash) balance is still showing zero. I had received WhatsApp message stating fund will be reflected into wallet account immediately, but not sure what is the issue. I tried calling customer care several time for this, but unfortunately not able to talk to customer support team. There is no way to talk to Goibibo customer care executive. Any help in getting refund processed to my bank account Or at least Goibibo wallet will be appreciated. Please do let me know if any help is needed from my side. Was this information helpful? | |
