Dear goibibo
Due to nation wide lockdown my ticket from ccu to ixs got cancelled pnr (Thw67u), spicejet.
As per your request, to make any changes to the booking shall be done directly from www.spicejet.com
But i asked for the refund of my amount inr (8472) for my pnr thw67u. Spicejet have agreed to my refund request and have generated successfully and reversed the same amount within 24 to 48 hours to the respective travel agent (Goibibo). Email dated april 29 2020.
But still today i have not received the refund amount in my account, from which the booking was done. Please do the needful. Below i have attached the screenshot of the email. I am a senior citizen and in this pandemic situation this money is very important, so please take necessary step asap.
