Dear Sir, I Bela Shaw am eligible for refund of Rs 6381 for Cancellation of my Son Sohom Shaw's flight of 26th feb 2023 from Kolkata to Goa via PNR GZ8QXE booked on 8th Dec 2022 which got cancelled from your end and it was confirmed also on Saturday 4th Feb, 2023. Refund credited but only partially for cancelled flight
Dear Sir, I Bela Shaw am eligible for refund of Rs 6381 for Cancellation of my Son Sohom Shaw's flight of 26th feb 2023 from Kolkata to Goa via PNR GZ8QXE booked on 8th Dec 2022 which got cancelled from your end and it was confirmed also on Saturday 4th Feb, 2023.i got refund of 338a only. almost after one month my 3000 refund is still pending . please arrange for the refund of rest Rs 3000 also and help me in this regard
