Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Refund stuck with goibibo

Refund amount for the Ticket booked with PNR O8KD3E with Airasia airlines through Goibibo is not received from goibibo. Airasia already processed their refund to Goibibo. It’s been 15 days since the money is with goibibo and they have not thought once to contact Neither they give us option to contact them as all nos available online are useless
