[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — regarding bus service and refund my money | |||||
I have booked my ticket through goibibo site from ahmedabad to diu by baba sitaram bus service. On 17/10/2018 the said bus didnot pickup and drop at the specified place. The bus pickup at the distance 9 km far from the pickup point and drop at the distance of 15 km before my destination. The staff also misbehaved with me. For this i have to pay extra money. Kinldy take action against baba sitaram bus service and also try to refund the amount what i have paid Was this information helpful? | |||||
