Updated by Travel Park We are not in concerned Why & How you serve manipulated Illusions to customer/Travel agent, Since the date of purchased you have given various excuses and charged as maximum as you can. While we have sent you the screen shot on the same date where you had shown the less amount and charged during the time of OTP even more then the actual cost without conditions applied. It seems this had done intentionally & misguided consumer on your portal.
The various excuses you had made from the date of purchase are as follow:
1.Promo code is not applied
(We had applied- who is responsible, if your portal doesn’t work, we sent you the screen shot)
2. Your Customer Care-Please send the screen shot we will return back your money.
(we sent the screen shot but you have made out the new excuse.)
3.This offer is valid for weekend/weekdays or Particular Days.
(Then why are you showing discount during the time of Purchase)
4. This offer is valid on EMI.
(Still why are you showing this offer in without EMI option)
5. we will talk to our senior & revert back.
( You are hired to create disillusions and manipulations) how much time you want to take to made new excuse!!
We are not here to write mails and follow you for our hard money, we have to knock the door of consumer court to recover our amount with compensation while mental harassment & fraudster charges.

Updated by Travel Park Every time you came with different excuses, we are collecting all the excuses, so it will be useful for us to show our concerned to consumer forum, we only asked you why it was showing discount just before the execution if it is not actual (if it has some terms and conditions), it seems your portal make a disillusion to clients & once they stuck in it. You will charge as arbitrariness way.
Your portal was not supposed to show discount of EMI when we give you payment in one go! While other hidden charges which has not mention during the charge.
It was more costly to buy from you rather then from other reputed portals. Who never use to misguide the customer as you are in practice to do.
One thing I would like remind you that doesn’t matter how much it will take but we are not going to leave single penny on you. while also claim for mental harassment & compensation for the same.
