I had been travelling from ahmedabad to lviv. My flights were as below.

From dubai onwards it was ukraine international airlines with pnr vxflrj on 5september 2017
From dxb-kbp and kbp-lwo.

When we reached dubai we had to pay approximately 100 dollar to marhaba agency for our baggage transfer. As we were not allowed to take our lugage from belt no. 2. We were said that we need visa to get our bags and then we can check-in again with ukraine international airlines. This was very inconvinient for us.
Why our baggages were not transfered to the other airline? It should have been transferred to final destination. What is the purpose of booking such flights if we need to pay again 95 usd to get our baggage. This is totally not acceptable. To the top of everything when i reached lviv (Lwo) my final destination, my luggage went missing. And i had to report it in lost and found department. I received my bag 2 days later. It was totally inconvinient for me. We are very disappointed by your services. Was this information helpful? | 
On 13th Sept 2017, Rs.600/- debited to my SB account with Union Bank of India towards ola money. Payment transaction ePAY/To:IBIBO WEB PVT LTD/66705680/Human. But not credited as transaction failed. Please advise for refund.
