I m very sorry to say that your services are very slow and poor..
I have made the booking from new delhi - london 16th july 2019 and from london - new delhi 7th aug...
By mistake i have written the wrong surname on my wife ticket so i called instantly after 10min of booking to your executive regarding changes he said me for your delhi - london i will cancle the ticket without any charges u just have to book new ticket if any difference u need to pay i said ok and new ticket is issued with the difference of 400rs.. For my return tickets he said me your booking is still in process and not confirm yet... So i asked him to make sure that ticket should be issued with new name or u cancle it... He has taken my passport and assured me that ticket will be issued with new name and may be possible u need to pay nominal charges i said ok... But ticket is issued with same wrong name... And from past 4 days i m calling your all executives to solve the matter but no one is doing anything it is not my fault if any charges occurs then u have to bear because i have intimated you on time. Please go thru it resolve my problem
You can also here the recording of the person to whom i talked in night for 40 min.. Even i asked him to cancle my return ticket because till 45 min i have not received confirmation of ticket and i[censored] r not cancelling then make sure to issue ticket only with new name
