[Resolved] Ibibo Group / Goibibo — regarding partial cancellation booking of 1 night | |
I hv booked the hotel for 2 night but due urgent work 1 night stay booking out of 2 night and the same has informed at the time of check-in. At the time of check out of the hotel they have to take up matter with the goibibo company. But you company declined the cancellation of 1 night stay and not refunding the amount which you you are supposed to refund to me. So request you to look into the matter and refund the amount to me.
