I have booked room on 5th Oct at Vizag Zostal but due to some emergency I was unable to check-in on that day. As I asked refund from Zostal, vizag but they refused as they said you have booked room from goibibo so they shoild be responsible. I have already send emails and complain for the same but didn't received response. So I am requesting for my refund as I didn't checked in so refund should be provided.
