Hii, This is Subodha Kant Panigrahy, recently I have traveled from Delhi to pakyong with my family as per attached flight ticket (PNR No. Y545TE) During web checkin through your link provided in Apps. Many deducted five times due to technical issues and web checkin not completed. However, amount not credited yet. Biggest problem is that we are not able to contact your customer care executive and the useless link you have provided for chatting is just wasting our times. Request you please refund my deducted money. I'm using goibibo since 2014, if such problems/poor service will continue, I am going to uninstelled your apps.
