Hi Team,
I have booked room in Hotel Amber for the date 1st of july 2022 to 3rd of july also when i was booking hotel its showing if we cancel booking before 30th of June it will not be chargeable extra but now its been 10 days over when cancellation request raised amount is not credited in my account also after taking several follow ups i didn't get any proper resolution as on the call customer support team said refund will reflect in 1-2 days but still not credited.
Please look at this matter and resolve on priority i want my refund before 8th of July 2022
I am attaching some SS where its showing amount refunded also attaching booking voucher in which its clearly written "Your booking is under Free Cancellation policy (100% refund) till 30 Jun 2022, 02:00
