Ibibo Group / Goibibo — Regarding wrong/disputed Transaction on my card

I HAD DONE TRAIN BOOKING FROM MY SBI CREDIT CARD ON 17/02/2023,
BUT AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED AND NO TXN ID OR DEDUCTION DETAILS WAS PROVIDED FROM GOIBIBO AND THAT AMOUNT IS STILL DISPUTED.
KINDLY REVERT THE AMOUNT TO MY CARD AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
